For 15 years people have asked if we have a private space for group outings, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, office Halloween nights, and other special get-togethers. Now the answer is YES.

There Are 2 Ways to Get Inside CLUB 13

1.) Character Dinners

Select nights there will be a character dinner that starts at 7:00pm. This dinner is limited to 20 guests and includes a meal, non-alcoholic drinks, and exclusive meet-and-greets with Fear Farm midway characters.

Your group can hang out inside the club until around 8:00pm to enjoy the unique horror décor, or step outside on the balcony overlooking the midway below. The character dinner is $30 per person and includes a meal with drink, VIP attendant, and character meet-and-greet. Tickets, Fast Passes, and other haunt admission are not included in the booking.

2.) Private Bookings

Each night, Club 13 is available for private party booking. You and your group of up to 25 guests may reserve Club 13 nightly. Choose the time slot that fits your evening and make it your own private Fear Farm gathering space.

How does private booking work?

Time: You receive a 1.5-hour Club 13 access window for you and your guests. You may arrive 15 minutes early for setup. For example, if your time slot is 9:00pm to 10:30pm, you may arrive at 8:45pm. When you arrive, you will check in with the ticket booth and be assigned your VIP coordinator. They will escort you to Club 13.

Inside, you will find tables, chairs, unique horror décor, a balcony overlooking the midway, and more. You can raise the windows and open the doors to enjoy the sounds outside, or keep them closed for a quieter and more intimate setting.

Decorating: Tables and chairs are available, and you are welcome to bring table décor or light/small decorations. The room is already decorated for Halloween, so nothing may be placed on the walls or hung from the ceiling.

What can we bring?

At this time, you may bring your own food such as pizza and your own drinks if you choose, but everything must stay inside Club 13. You may also bring gifts for parties and similar gatherings, but all items must be taken back to your vehicles at the end of your time slot.

When do we go inside the haunts?

You can go through Fear Farm whenever you want based on your time slot, but we recommend going before or after your booked Club 13 time so you can make the most of your reservation. For example, if you book Club 13 from 9:00pm to 10:30pm, we recommend planning to gather your items and enter the haunts right after your private time ends.

Are haunt tickets included in the room rental?

No. They are not included for two reasons. First, some parents, grandparents, or guests want to attend the party without going through the haunts, which helps keep the booking price lower. Second, different groups want different ticket packages, such as VIP, Fast Pass, or General Admission, so it is easier for your group to purchase the exact tickets you want separately.

What about food?

Fear Farm offers a wide variety of snacks and food, and if you pre-book these options, your VIP coordinator can have them ready when you arrive. We also offer menu options catered by local restaurants if you want a different meal experience. How many people can I bring?

You may invite up to 25 guests, including yourself, for Club 13. This is a strict occupancy limit. You are also welcome to reserve it for as few as two people and make it your own private date night.

What is the cost of a 1.5-hour private booking?

The cost is $250 and must be paid in full to reserve the room. This includes the room for one person up to 25 guests, tables and chairs, a VIP coordinator, a TV, and the option to bring your own food/snacks or have us arrange food to be ready when you arrive. You can also bring food items from the Fear Farm midway into Club 13 during your time slot.

This is a box-suite-style space above the gift shop and up one flight of stairs, so please make sure all party members are physically able to climb stairs. If Fear Farm closes on the night of your booking due to weather or another reason, you will be fully refunded.
