YOU asked for it, we listened!

For 15 years people have asked if we have a private space for group outings, birthday parties, bachelorette parties,
office Halloween nights, etc. and now the answer is YES!

There are 2 ways to get inside the exclusive CLUB 13!

1.) CHARACTER DINNERS

Select nights there will be a character dinner that starts at 7:00pm. This dinner will be limited to 20 guests and will include a meal, non-alcoholic drinks, and exclusive meet and greets with Fear Farm midway characters. Your group can hang out inside the club until around 8pm and check out the unique horror decor or outside on the balcony overlooking the midway below! To book a “character dinner” Click here for available seats/time slots. The character dinner is $30 per person and includes meal with drink, VIP attendant, and character meet and greet. (Ticket/ fast pass etc. not included in booking)

2.) PRIVATE BOOKINGS

Each night Club 13 is available for private party booking. You and your group of up to 25 guests may reserve Club 13 nightly. To view the time slots available click here.

FAQs!

• HOW DOES PRIVATE BOOKING WORK?
  TIME- You will receive a time slot for 1.5 hours of Club 13 access for you and your guests. You can arrive 15 minutes early for setup. For instance if your time slot is 9pm- 10:30pm you may arrive at 8:45pm. When you arrive you will check in with the ticket booth and be assigned your VIP coordinator. They will take you to CLUB 13. Inside you will find tables, chairs, unique horror decor, a balcony overlooking the midway, and more. You can raise the windows and open the doors to take in the sounds or you can keep them closed for a more quiet and intimate environment.
  
  

  DECORATING- There are tables and chairs available and you are welcome to bring table decor or light/small decorations. The room is already decorated for Halloween so we will not allow anything to be placed on walls or hung from ceiling.
• WHAT CAN WE BRING?
  - At this time, we will allow you to bring in your own food (pizza etc.) and drinks if you choose to do so, but it all must stay inside club 13. You can also bring gifts for parties etc. like you would at any get together, however all items must be taken back to vehicles at the end of your time slot.
• WHEN DO WE GO INSIDE THE HAUNTS?
  - You can choose to go through the Fear Farm whenever you want based on your time slot, but we would recommend going BEFORE or AFTER your booked Club 13 time to make the most of your time. For instance, If you book the 9-10:30 time slot inside CLUB 13, we would recommend planning on grabbing your items from the room and going into the haunts at 10:30 to finish out your night.
• ARE HAUNT TICKETS INCLUDED IN ROOM RENTAL?
  - No, we did not include them for 2 reasons. 1.) We had lots of parents, grandparents etc. who wanted to come to the “party” but didn’t necessarily want to go through the haunts so this keeps the price down. 2.) Different groups wanted different packages. Some want VIP tickets, some want fast passes, and others want general admission, so it is easier for you to just purchase the tickets you want separately.
• WHAT ABOUT FOOD?
  The Fear Farm offers a wide variety of snack foods and foods, and if you pre-book these, your VIP coordinator can get those for you and have them ready when you arrive. We also offer a menu to be catered by local restaurants if you want a different meal. • HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING AGAIN?
  You can invite up to 25 guests (including yourself) for CLUB 13. This is a strict limit due to occupancy. However, you can bring as few as 2 people if you wish and make it your own private date night!
• WHAT IS THE COST OF 1.5 HOUR PRIVATE BOOKING?
  - The cost is $250 and must be paid in full to reserve the room. This includes the room for 1 person up to 25 guests with tables and chairs, a VIP coordinator, a TV, and the option to bring your own food/snacks or have us get it for you and have it ready. You can also bring food items from the Fear Farm midway into Club 13 during your time slot. This is a “box suite” type scenario on top of the gift shop and up a flight of stairs, so make sure all party members are physically able to climb a flight of stairs. If for some reason the farm closes the night of your booking due to weather or other reason you will be fully refunded.
